Chapter 3 highlights TIWB participation at international events and the initiative's communications. Finally, Chapter 4 sets out the work plan for the year and provides an overview of the previous year's objectives and performance.

Co-hosted by the OECD and UNDP, this high-level event provided an opportunity to engage with government ministers and senior officials and panellists to discuss how the TIWB initiative continued operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The panel also focused on how TIWB programmes can support governments with innovative tax tools, addressing illicit financial flows, adjusting to the new international tax rules, and making best use of South-South expertise.
